Educating Across Scotland
This year's college Graduation & Prizegiving Ceremony took place on 20th August at Lews Castle College. The Guest speaker this year was Angus Nicolson. Also present were Matthew Maciver, Chairman of the UHI Board; James Fraser, Principal of UHI and many other guests from business and industry; Comhairle nan Eilean Siar and other Lews Castle College partners.

HMIE Learner Report
HM Inspectors undertook an independent review at Lews Castle College during the week commencing 8th March 2010. The inspectors observed learning and teaching and held discussions with learners and staff. They examined information on learner attainment and evaluated learner progress and outcomes.
