Mission
We strive for excellence in teaching, scholarship and research, to meet the needs of the communities of the Outer Hebrides, and to make an increasing impact, nationally and internationally.
Where are we?
The main campus of Lews Castle College (Colaisde a' Chaisteil) is situated in the Castle Grounds, overlooking Stornoway Harbour on the Isle of Lewis, in the Outer Hebrides (or the Western Isles) of Scotland.
College Campuses
The College offers a wide range of training opportunities throughout the Outer Hebrides. The main campuses are in Benbecula and Barra. These centres make use of information and communications technology systems to deliver education and training. They are linked to the main campus in Stornoway and also to the UHI network and beyond. The College’s Art courses are run at Taigh Chearsabhagh Arts Centre in Lochmaddy, North Uist.

An Cotan Childcare Centre is situated within the picturesque grounds of Lews Castle College.
