Diversity

This section provides information about the College's diversity and equality policies and procedures. and support for disabled people, including accessibility of major buildings and services. In some instances information will be exempt from disclosure where it contains personal information, or information which, if released, by substantially prejudice the commercial interests of any person or organisation, endanger the physical or mental health of safety of an individual, substantially prejudice the effective conduct of public affairs, or constitute an actionable breach of confidence.

Accessibility of buildings and services The levels of accessibility of each of the College's main buildings and services.  Following the completion of the building programme at all 3 main College locations, all new buildings comply with accessibility requirements.
Strategies The College's diversity and equality strategies.

These strategies are discussed and developed by the Student Support Services Committee.

Statistics Summary statistics on support for disability within the College.  For statistical information on the numbers of staff and students who disclose particular types of disability please contact Mr David Matheson , Director of Academic Affairs. This information will be made available on request, but will be subject to the limitations of the Data Protection Acts. Please note, however, that there is no requirement for students to divulge disability on application or enrolment forms.
