IT Support Services - What we do!
IT Support Services at Lews Castle College manages all aspects of Information Technology for academia and the support branch of the college.
We are located on the top floor of C-Block in room C221A (adjacent to the learning centre).
If you experience any problems with IT facilities do not hesitate to contact a member of the IT Support team.
Remote students are encouraged to log any IT support calls with the UHI helpdesk on 01463 279150 or email 150@uhi.ac.uk
We are responsible for and support the following:
- College Desktop PC's
- College Laptops
- Servers (Web, Intranet, Support Services)
- Applications (Web and Desktop)
- Network connectivity (Internet, Email, backbone infrastructure etc)
- Telephony (Phones)
- Video Conference management of 8 suites (IP & ISDN)
- IT Projects
- Asset Management of IT Equipment
