PUNCTUATION

  PUNCTUATION

Punctuation in Gaelic writing generally follows the rules for English.

  • Students should be familiar with the marks, such as the full stop, comma and brackets, used in writing to separate sentences and their elements and to clarify meaning.

  • Punctuation forms in reported speech should also be revised for the test at the end of the module.
