MA / MA (Hons) Gaelic with Education
This full-time GTCS approved course uses a range of blended learning approaches and is accredited by the University of Aberdeen.
BA Gaelic Language and Culture (Cànan is Cultar na Gàidhlig)
This course aims to give you an understanding of historical and contemporary Gaelic society as well as a very high standard of fluency in the language.
BA Gaelic and Development (Gàidhlig is Leasachadh)
Students will gain fluency in Gaelic and will explore the historical and contemporary links between the Highlands and Islands and the North Atlantic Rim.
CertHE Gaidhlig is Conaltradh (Fluent Speakers)
Year 1 of the BA degree programme. This course offers students with a more advanced level of proficiency the opportunity to hone their language skills.
CertHE Cursa Comais (Learner Speakers)
Year one (learners' strand) of the BA Degree programme with exit opportunity with CertHE
DipHE Gaelic and Related Studies
Year 2 of the BA degree programme with the opportunity to exit with DipHE.
PGDE Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary with Gaelic)
PGDE Primary with Gaelic-medium pathway delivered in partnership with UHI Millennium Institute. The Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary) is a 36-week taught course that will prepare you for life as a teacher.
FE Introduction to Celtic Studies
This one year full-time further education course will appeal to those interested in the diverse field of Celtic Studies. You will have the opportunity to study the language, literature and cultural heritage of Gaelic Scotland.
