Duration and Mode
5 x 1 day sessions for stage 1
Description
These sessions will provide training in the development of best practice for volunteer management. Session titles are: Planning strategically for volunteer involvement; Effective volunteer recruitment; Matching volunteers to roles and tasks; Increasing volunteer effectiveness through training and development; Supporting and supervisory skills.
