Students to feature in new BBC Alba programme
Traditional music students from the Benbecula campus of Lews Castle College are to be featured in a new BBC Alba television programme, "iTrad", which showcases young Gaelic music talent around the country.

Pictured are multi-instrumentalist students Alana MacInnes from South Uist, Malcolm Bushby from Tasmania, Siobhan Moneghan from Golspie and Alasdair Turner of Invergordon, who were filmed in Ullapool by MacTV last week for the new series. The series will also feature performances from bands representing Feis an Earraich, Feis Rois, the Traditional School of Excellence at Plockton High School and Feis Eilean an Fhraoich.
