- Currently engaged in the Blue Greenspace Project. This work is examining the concept of harnessing energy to increase primary production and so address issues concerning renewable energy supply and demand, short growing seasons and food miles.
- Investigating the feasibility of using woodchips as fuel in the Outer Hebrides. This study is examining the whole supply chain, from standing trees to warm feet!
