This 2-day course consists of 2 parts. Part 1 covers the theory and design requirements for the installation of the charging equipment and this will be assessed with a City and Guilds 1 hour multi-choice exam. Candidates have to pass this before proceeding on to part 2.

Part 2 is a practical assessment that includes the installation, inspection, testing and commissioning of domestic, commercial and industrial charging equipment.

On successful completion of this course, electric1ans can apply for OLEV approval to install Electric Vehicle charging equipment for domestic, commercial and industrial locations.
