To support our work we are recruiting to the following role:
Curriculum Development Fellow – Smart System Engineering (fixed term)
|Salary range||£44,183 including Islands Allowance|
|Duration||Fixed term for two years|
Applications are invited for the above post, located at our main campus in Stornoway.
The post holder will be leading the development work of materials exploiting our expertise in energy, aerospace and artificial intelligence, amongst others, for the higher levels of the undergraduate curriculum and for taught postgraduate courses. Applicants must have a postgraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant subject and should also have research and/or industrial experience in a relevant discipline. Support will be provided through UHI’s Educational Development Unit who are highly experienced in successfully supporting the development of curricula across a wide range of programmes. Following the development phase the post holder may have the opportunity to transition into a lecturing role with responsibilities to include delivery of the programme.
