Professional Cookery SCOF Level 4 and 5

I had always enjoyed cooking but was told it was hard and not much pay by my family who were chefs before but I totally ignored them as I like cooking.

I think the teaching is relaxed, safe, and informative which is really nice as no one will get annoyed at you if you are struggling with anything. I was struggling with pastry rolling and had to re-do it more than once, James the tutor was always there to show me and help.

I would want to be a full chef meaning I can cook anywhere or anything.
