A number of Mental Health organisations have pages on how to look after your mental health during the Coronavirus outbreak – we’ve pulled out some of the most useful pages for you here:


Young Minds is running a blog with posts on topics like anxiety, coping with OCD, and coping with an eating disorder – there are many other great resources on the site including a helpline for parents

Student Minds has resources for you including sections on staying at home, and guidance for people with ongoing mental health difficulties

The Anna Freud centre has produced resources for young people – they also have a section with advice for parents and carers that you might want to pass on

Samaritans have published resources if you’re having a difficult time and are worried about your mental health

SAMH has resources on dealing with anxiety, looking after your mental health, and what to do if you need help urgently

The World Health Organisation (WHO) has produced an information sheet on coping with stress just now
